If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept your exchange or return within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase as long as the product has no signs of being used and maintain its original packaging. To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store first request a return by mail to [email protected] no later than 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product, indicating the reason for the return.
Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
Returns of customized or already used products will not be accepted.
